A Message From The Chair Of Trustees
It is a very exciting time right now at TwentyTwenty as we look to build on our strong foundations and transform the lives of more disadvantaged young people.
The voluntary sector faces a number of challenges at this time, however we are in a good financial position and are working closely with Impetus PEF to refine and develop a sustainable and scalable model which makes a real and lasting difference in the lives of the young people who need it most. The transition from our founder CEO is an important juncture in the charity’s history and we have an outstanding team in place for an ambitious and passionate individual to lead to future success.
If you share a heart for recognising and developing the God given talent within the young people we work with, and have the skills to enable the growth ambitions we hold, please contact us.
Our Values
- Young people are brilliant; each has inherent worth, significance and abilities, and should be treated as such. Everything we do should aim to develop their full potential and help them ‘find the gold’ in themselves. Their views and opinions should play a key role in shaping our services
- Young people deserve the best; quality is our priority, measured by the results young people are empowered to achieve and the impact we make. These are the true measures of our success, and we should focus on consistent improvement to this end. Our growth and expansion must always contribute to quality not lessen it.
- A great team can achieve anything; the right people are our best asset. We recruit for attitude (staff and volunteers) and train for skills. An attitude and aptitude for teamwork is essential, and everyone should be encouraged to share their ideas to help us improve.
- Diversity matters; a purposely diverse staff/volunteer team serve young people best. Faith in young people and a commitment to keep learning are the no-negotiable characteristics of all staff, volunteers and trustees.
