Refer a friend and earn over £500

One in three of our placements are made with candidates we have attracted through our reputation or who have been recommended to us by mutual friends. For our clients, our candidates and our consultants, this is the most effective and satisfying way of recruiting.

Every three months we pay out an increasing number of rewards to our clients and candidates for recommending their friends to us. We offer an incentive for every recommendation that we successfully place into work – whether they were initially recommended for a specific job or just in general terms.

We will provide Amazon, Meadowhall or Trinity vouchers to the following amount for each placement (paid once your referred candidate has completed their probation):

£100 for the first candidate referred
£250 for the second
£500 for the third
£500 for each subsequent candidate referred within a twelve month period

In addition to this, there is a prize for the individual who makes the highest number of successful referrals during 2019 – an iPad Mini.

All rewards will be processed after the referred candidate has successfully completed twelve consecutive weeks of employment
