The company

Brewster Partners are partnering with a highly successful manufacturing group who are continuing their growth path.  They have a highly profitable division within the group that manufactures products for a booming industry and they have secured themselves as a key player in this market who are looking to appoint a qualified accountant into a highly commercial finance manager post.

The job

The role will be acting as the number one in finance on site, supporting the commercial growth and direction of the business.  You will be fully responsible for the production of the management accounts, with all associated transactional duties performed by the dedicated transactional team.  You will work very closely with operations and other department heads in order to drive efficiencies and improvements, looking at the numbers and contributing ideas to help drive the commercial success of the business.  You will be encouraged to get extremely close to the business, getting on the shop floor and really understanding the end to end manufacturing process to be in a position to become a true finance business partner.
