The company

Brewster Partners are working with a leading telecommunications business in Sheffield for two Project Coordinators to cover for 6 – 18 months.

The role of the Project Coordinator is to support the project team in all areas of projects including administration and finance.

The job

Project Coordinator – Process Review

  • Working with multiple departments and converting current written user guides into process maps with flow charts
    • Listing all key tasks in each department with owner, back up and escalation
    • Producing flow charts to support the user guides
  • Working with departments and converting creating missing written user guides into flow charts
    • Listing all key tasks in each department with owner, back up and escalation
    • Producing flow charts to support the user guides
  • Supporting the business in implementing any new ERP systems selected
  • Any other tasks issued by project lead

Project Coordinator – M&E Department

  • Working with the M&E department and converting current written user guides into process maps with flow charts
    • Listing all key tasks in each department with owner, back up and escalation
    • Producing flow charts to support the user guides
  • Working with M&E department and converting creating missing written user guides into flow charts
    • Listing all key tasks in each department with owner, back up and escalation
    • Producing flow charts to support the user guides
  • Supporting the department in implementing any new ERP systems selected
  • Product receipting and any other admin task required by the department
  • Any other tasks issued by Administration support colleagues or M&E Operations Manager

The person

  • Previous experience working as a Project Coordinator is a definite advantage;
  • Experience overseeing a telecommunications project (or similar) would be desirable
  • Be proficient in the main elements of Microsoft office;
  • Excel is essential - knowledge V Look Ups and Pivot table is an advantage;
  • Gain knowledge of any in house systems in relation to the role;
  • Strong administrator with good planning and prioritising skills;
  • Able to work to tight deadlines;
  • Work to relevant company procedures;
  • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written;
  • Enjoy working with people and work as part of a team;
