Customer Service Support - Temporary (Remote Working)
The Brewster Partners Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a well-known business to recruit a 1st Line Customer Service Executive on an ongoing temporary basis.
The role is part of a vital team within the business that aims to provide excellent customer service to resolve all stores IT issues.
As 1st Line Customer Service Executive your duties will include:
- Speaking with stores to log any IT issues
- Diagnosing IT issues
- Liaising with the IT team
- Previous experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment
- Available to immediately
- Work from home
- Flexible on working hours as shifts involved – shift patterns range between 7:30am - 7:30pm. Must be available to work the occasional weekend.
