Resident Liaison Officer - 3 month FTC
Brewster Partners are working with our client based in Grimsby who are currently recruiting for 3 Resident Liaison Officer for a temporary period. The temporary assignment will initially be for 3 months with the potential for extension. The role is a mixture of community, site and office based.
The job involves focusing on providing consultation and support to residents/tenants during building projects at their homes, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll develop effective working relationships with residents and colleagues as well as clients and subcontractors as well as the internal customer care team.
You'll be present at events within the community to answer questions and queries and build relationships, as well as visiting people in their homes.
Provide support directly in terms of boxes, dust sheets and other practical items that residents may need after assessing each project.
Completing paperwork relevant to each case and updating IT systems accordingly, providing information and reports for management when required.
We're looking for someone immediately available. You will need to have done a similar role previously and have the confidence to liaise with residents in sometimes difficult or challenging circumstances. Strong communications skills are essential as is organisation and prioritisation. You must also be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
It is essential that you have a valid CSCS card to be considered for the role.
