Technical Support - Temporary
Brewster Partners are working with our client to recruit for a Technical Advisor on a temporary basis in Rotherham.
- Taking high volume calls from customers on a day to day basis.
- Offering product advice when required.
- Dealing with complaints in a patient and friendly manner.
- Providing technical support.
- Administration support processing customer returns and general administration support.
- Previous experience in a customer service/helpdesk role.
- Zendesk experience preferred.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Able to work to their own initiative.
- Conversant with Microsoft word and excel
- Ability to respond to changing demands
- Customer focused
- Responsive and inquisitive
- Hours of work Monday - Friday between 9am – 5pm
- Immediate start.
- 35 hours a week
