1st Line IT Help Desk Support - Temporary
Brewster Partners Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a well-known business to recruit a 1st Line Customer Service Executive on an ongoing temporary basis.
The role is part of a vital team within the business that aims to provide excellent customer service to resolve all stores IT issues.
As 1st Line Customer Service Executive your duties will include:
- Speaking with stores to log any IT issues
- Diagnosing IT issues
- Liaising with the IT team
- Previous experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment
- Available to start on Monday 7th June
- Work from home initially
- Flexible on working hours as shifts involved – earliest shift pattern will be 07.30am – 3.30pm and latest is 12 noon – 8pm. Must be available to work the occasional weekend.
- £11.61 p/h
- Contract position running from Monday 7th June - October
- Remote working available, however you must be based relatively local to Worksop
