Quality Compliance and Governance Manager
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Quality Compliance and Governance Manager for our client, this is a full time permanent role.
This is a national based role, and the client would be flexible to that you will be based, with a head office in Wakefield.
Within this role you will provide expert technical advice and support to operational and corporate services, representing the client regarding all matters of quality and compliance.
You will also assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of a quality assurance compliance and governance framework. As well as this you will plan and supervise Quality System Audits, ensuring the services are well equipped and prepared.
You will lead the quality agenda across the organisation, striving to achieve Outstanding for all services.
The successful person will have a nursing or equivalent professional or social work qualification or relevant experience, and possess a strong understanding of the health and social care sector. You will be comfortable with all relevant legislation, and have a good understanding of complex care.
You will be a natural leader, and passionate about providing a fantastic care service.
