Brewster Partners are supporting an Academy Trust to recruit a HRIS Systems implementation Manager on a 6 month contract.

The job

As HRIS Project Manager you will have the full remit of the planning and delivery of a new HRIS system that will bring key efficiencies and further support any planned growth for the Trust.

Duties will include:

  • Responsibility for all aspects of project oversight, including planning, project tracking, scope management, change control management, risk management, and quality assurance of the project.
  • Coordination of project work stream activities and the responsibilities of key individuals against agreed project plan and timescales.
  • Develop and deliver a Communication and Engagement Plan to support project delivery
  • Monitor and manage issues and risks; escalation of any significant risks
  • Build effective relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Work in conjunction with relevant colleagues to ensure the HRIS accords with data security, the Data Protection Act and audit/compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports, briefings and present updates on project progress.

The person

You will have proven project management skills, with the ability to plan and implement complex HR projects with the ability to work to tight deadlines, manage and prioritise time effectively.

This role will deal with stakeholders at all levels therefore a high level of oral and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence will be required.

You will be able to analyse high volumes of data to make informed decisions and recommend business-focused solutions and be able to work as part of a team and contribute towards its success.

This role will also require in-depth understanding of employment legislation knowledge of HR and policy developments (in the education sector would be advantageous) and knowledge of all aspects of HR Management and a sound understanding of HR operational processes and procedures and an understanding of systems implementation methodology
