Brewster Partners are delighted to be supporting a well-loved charity to recruit a Director Income Generation to take them to the next phase of their ambitious growth plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sound all round fundraising experience to join an established team and the role is offered with a hybrid working pattern. 

The job

This role will report directly to the Chief Executive and will be part of the Executive Management Team and will be responsible for generating income, overseeing fundraising, lottery, retail, marketing, and communications.

As a member of the Executive Management Team you will play a key role in shaping, developing and implementing the future of the organisations Income Generation Strategy, as well as contributing fully to the strategic planning and corporate management of the organisation and will have overall responsibility for the delivery of income generation with a particular focus on identifying and implementing new income streams

You will demonstrating strategic vision, commitment and enthusiasm, as well as have an enterprising and innovative approach, and will lead by example in achieving ambitious goals and successes, whilst also aligning with the organisations values. 

The person

To be successful you will ideally have worked in a Senior Management or Head of level within a commercial income generation, marketing or professional fundraising arena with a successful track record in the delivery of substantial income targets with experience or a broad understanding of all areas of fundraising.

You will ideally have 5 years’ experience of managing and leading teams as well as experience of formulating strategy.

This role will need exceptional communication skills including Consultation, negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders across a breadth of sectors.
