The company

Brewster Partners are delighted to be supporting a UK-wide charity in the healthcare sector, to recruit a number of Trustees to its Board.

The job

As the charity looks to the future, they are seeking to recruit Trustees to join the board at an exciting time in their development which includes looking at the delivery model, branding, and increased focus on investing in local facilities.

As a Trustee you will be a ‘critical friend’ to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team and along with the other members of the board ensure that the organisation continues to provide the support and care to its beneficiaries whilst also developing to reach its future aims.

The person

We are looking for dynamic, engaged individuals who will provide leadership and experience, as well as challenge. We are interested in hearing from future Trustees with any skillset but particularly:

  • Health and social care sector
  • Professional legal background
  • Property and land management

You will ideally operate at a strategic level and have the time to commit to the role along with the ability to converse at all levels internally and externally. You will need to be able to commit to attending four board meetings a year and sub committees as required.
