The company

Customer Services/Telesales Executive in Guiseley, Leeds required for a growing fast paced business. This is an urgent requirement for an experienced Customer Services or Telesales Executive to join a direct sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with the passion and drive for B2C sales with no cold calling!

The job

  • Business to Consumer warm telephone calls, no cold calling!
  • Receive incoming sales enquiries via phone, website, email and referral partners.
  • Outbound calls to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Regular B2C contact to manage sales pipeline.

The person

  • Previous B2C telesales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to influence, negotiate and overcome objections.
  • Full IT proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • You may have worked as one of the following: Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales Agent, Call Centre Agent, Internal Sales Executive, Desk Based Sales, B2C Sales Advisor.
