The company

Telesales Advisor in Shipley to join a well established, growing business in Shipley on a permanent basis. 

This is a great opportunity to join a business all sales calls are warm calls, both inbound and outbound.

There is potential to earn an additional £400+ per month on top of your basic pay.

The client will consider anyone with a strong customer service background who wants to increase their earning potential and move into a sale position.

The job

  • Answer inbound telesales calls with a courteous, professional and confident manner.
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers, asking open-ended questions to determine customer needs, identifying buying signals are spotted and capitalised on.
  • Offer excellent customer service while demonstrating the ability to up-sell and cross-sell.

The person

  • Prior sales experience is essential to be considered for this role.
  • You will need to be confident making outbound calls as well as receiving inbound calls.
  • Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You may have worked in one of the following roles: Customer services, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Telesales Executive, Lead Generator, Account Manager, Outbound Sales Advisor, Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager.
