The role will take on general administrative tasks such as ad hoc stationary purchasing, coordinating meeting rooms, organising post etc. As well as uploading technical drawings and contract information onto the in-house system
There will also be some reception responsibilities included which is to greet visitor’s occasionally on site and answer calls.
We are interested in hearing from people who have previous experience in an office administration role and confident in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook. An excellent communicator who is confident in working cross functionally.
The successful incumbent will ideally be quick to learn new systems and demonstrate a willingness to broaden their skills and industry knowledge.
The role will suit someone who is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and demonstrates ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload in an efficient manner.
