The job

My client is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to help play a pivotal role in expanding their market reach, drive revenue and raise brand awareness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive and looking to take the next step within their Marketing career. Reporting into the Director of Communications you will be responsible for the following;

  • Shape and establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration from across technical, delivery and business support teams.
  • Analyse customer insights, trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to continually enhance successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple digital platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Manage email, performance marketing, digital and web marketing activities, helping to design, test and evolve lead tactics.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Advise and guide development of digital marketing tools and services for reach and engagement, including SEO and PPC.
  • Work with in-house design team to produce social media content and marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and any other relevant social media outlets.
  • Source new data for email marketing campaigns.

The person

My client is looking for someone with the following experience and credentials;

  • You will be an experienced Marketing professional who has ideally worked previously within a Technical Services business. However candidates from other professional services will be considered.
  • Ideally you will be degree educated or be able to show a solid track record within your Marketing career to date.
  • You will be a self-starter and thrive in an environment which allows autonomy.
  • You will be equally comfortable working independently as well as part of a growing team.
  • You will be highly organised, self-sufficient and be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • You will thrive in a busy, collaborative and demanding work environment.
