The job

My client is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to help play a pivotal role and drive revenue and raise brand awareness within the marketplace. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive and looking to take the next step within their Marketing career. Reporting into the Group Sales Director you will be responsible for the following;

  • Developing and implementing the Group Marketing Strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Creating, executing, and measuring results from marketing campaigns.
  • Source new data for email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage media partnerships by working closely with external 3rd parties to ensure the maximisation of relevant market presence.
  • Play a key role in event administration and co-ordination.
  • Obtain, examine and report on strategic marketing data and statistics.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the team as it builds.
  • Develop literature in line with the brand.
  • Be responsible for all of the group websites – general copy updates, suggesting and introducing new ideas, creating blogs and articles.
  • Digital strategy and social media – liaising with external 3rd party agencies to add and approve content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and any other relevant social media outlets.
  • Working closely to create Press & PR for the Group with external agencies.
  • Liaising with editors/managers of publications regarding advertisements and editorials.
  • Preparing awards submissions.
  • Assisting the team with events and seminars both in-house and at external venues.

The person

My client is looking for someone with the following experience and credentials;

  • You will be an experienced Marketing professional who has ideally worked previously within a law firm. However candidates from other professional services will be considered.
  • Ideally you will be degree educated or be able to show a solid track record within your Marketing career to date.
  • You will be a self-starter and thrive in an environment which allows autonomy.
  • You will be equally comfortable working independently as well as part of a growing team.
  • You will be highly organised and be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • You will thrive in a busy and demanding work environment.
