Credit Controller

The company

Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a national company who are based South Sheffield. This role is a part time position circa 25 hours a week. We are searching for an experienced Credit Controller who has had particular focus on accounts reconciliation. The company have had recent success with online sales so ecommerce experience would be desirable.  

The job

• Monitoring the unallocated cash on the ledger and liaise with Accounts Payable (Data) to ensure invoices are processed to enable the allocation of cash.
• Working with the data reports to reduce stock value on the system
• Processing the sales invoices to customers to meet the deadlines
• Producing accurate statement reconciliations
• Dealing with both supplier and internal queries
• Assisting in the resolution of invoice queries.
• Working closely with Accounts Payable (Data) to ensure invoices are reconciled in time for the payment
• Answering telephone calls/E mails
• Any other duties as and when required by management.

The person

• Good communication skills
• SAP experience would be desirable
• Excellent excel skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Outgoing personality
• Must thrive in an environment driven by tight schedules/deadlines and to deliver results.
• Must have an appetite for ownership of issues and accountability for results

The benefits

£23,000 - £28,000 pa
