The company

Brewster Partners are searching for a Sales Ledger for a prestigious business based in Sheffield. We are seeking someone who is immediately available for an 18 month contract. We are keen to speak to candidates who has experience in Sales Ledger and ad hoc support for the finance department.

The job

  • Processing the sales invoices to customers to meet deadlines
  • Working with non-financial employees to discuss sign off/issues with the sales invoices
  • Working with the Finance Manager to review and develop the sales invoice processes
  • Supporting the finance team with general duties
  • Setting up new clients to the system
  • Chasing up outstanding debts

The person

  • Excellent IT and Excel skills to an advanced level
  • Manage workload and prioritise
  • Demonstrate the highest ethical standards and confidentiality
  • At least 2 years Sales Ledger experience
  • Experience in working in a Medium/Large company
  • Proactive and conscientious approach to work
  • Be versatile, flexible, professional and reliable
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as a team
