Brewster Partners are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will recognise that the success of our business is based on that of our customers and should demonstrate a clear understanding of our customer’s needs. They should have a proven track record of sales and working to key account management principles together with good organisational and communication skills.

The job

  • Work within the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide accurate reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • You will develop a high performing team through ongoing training and coaching.
  • You will be responsible for the management of the Customer Accounts Team on items such as Training & Development and HR Matters and will need to feed back to the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Ensure that Customer Accounts Team (are delivering excellence within customer satisfaction to our international customer base.
  • Facilitate strong communication between all key stakeholders within Customer Accounts, Sales, and supply chain.
  • You will define and execute the customer experience proposition, prioritising and delivering specific improvements, tracking implementation and success across the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Lead the ongoing management of customer experience measurement platform ensuring the right customer surveys are in place so you can better understand how customers feel about their experience.

The person

  • You will have previous experience of working within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment and have well rounded knowledge of customer service and administration.
  • Ideally you will have previous management experience and a good understanding of all aspects of running a successful office team.
  • Above all you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
  • You will have a proven track record of being resilient in the face of customer escalations.
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to analyse data and proactively utilise the results.
  • Highly self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills.

The benefits

£40,000 - £42,000 pa
