The company

Brewster Partners Interim Division (Accountancy & Finance) are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator (6 month fixed term contract) for a busy organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds.  It is a very vibrant place to work and is easily accessible by both road (A1, M1 and M621) and public transport.

The job

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, responsibilities include:

  • Matching, batching and processing invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with queries
  • Running reports 
  • Scanning and filing and
  • All other aspects of administration as required

The person

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • IT literate - to include Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and
  • Able to work to tight deadlines as part of a team
