The company

Brewster Partners Interim Division (Accountancy & Finance) are currently recruiting for an experience Purchase Ledger Supervisor for our client, a fast paced and dynamic organisation based in the Leeds area.  The company has bright spacious offices that are in easy reach from the City Centre and the M1, A1 and M621 motorways.

The job

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly reporting to include aged creditors for review 
  • Completion of month end in a timely manner
  • Processing all invoices received
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Processing employee expenses and
  • Overseeing a small team on a day to day basis

The person

  • A proven track record in a fast paced accounts environment
  • Strong purchase ledger experience
  • Highly IT literate - to include ERP systems
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
