The company

Brewster Partners Interim Division (Accountancy & Finance) are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client based in the Dewsbury area.  A leading manufacturing business, the company offers a great working environment with modern, spacious offices.

The job

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a small team, key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing the weekly payment and BACS runs and 
  • All associated administration

The person

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger environment
  • Good IT skills - to include Excel
  • Bright, motivated and able to work to deadlines
  • Team player 
  • Strong attention to detail
