The company

Brewster Partners Temporary Division (Accountancy & Finance) urgently require a Finance Administrator for a busy Doncaster based company.  Initially for 2 to 3 months, it is working in bright, spacious offices within easy reach from the M18 and surrounding areas to include Scunthorpe and Thorne.

The job

Supporting the finance team, responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with purchase and sales ledger
  • Reconciliation work
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Running daily reports
  • High levels of data inputting and
  • All associated administration

The person

  • Previous experience in a busy accounts department
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate - to include Excel and Navision accounting software
  • Team player
