Accounts Payable Assistant - Temporary to Permanent
Brewster Partners Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a busy and forward thinking organisation based in West Yorkshire, within easy access from the M62 corridor.
Working as part of a busy team, responsibilities will include:
- Raising invoices.
- Matching, batching and coding
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- High levels of data input
- Dealing with queries and
- Completing all related administration tasks as necessary
- Bright and motivated with previous purchase ledger experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communicator
- IT literate - to include Excel
- Immediately available
- A competitive hourly rate
- Accrual of holiday pay as you work
- Free on-site parking
- Potential for temporary to permanent
