Vocational Learning Manager
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Vocational Learning Manager, for our client based in Sheffield. This is a part time role, for 12 months with the view of being made permanent.
This role is working 32 hours per week, and can be flexible to which days per week you wish to do.
The purpose of this role is to lead the strategy of the vocational programme designed to inspire people from all backgrounds to gain game development skills, whilst being able to direct people to new opportunities within the technology sector.
You will also work with workshop facilitators, partners and trainees to co-design the curricula of vocational courses, as well as creating, managing and deliver a monitoring programme to report on nature/impact of projects for trustees.
As well as this, you will network with stakeholder games companies, educators and non-profits, ensuring of forming good working relationships.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience within a similar setting, or someone that has experience in designing, and evaluating courses.
You will possess excellent communications skills, as well as people management skills and the ability to multi task. You will be comfortable working in a creative team environment, and have good understanding of managing budgets.
This is a part time contract, for 12 months, with the choice to choose which days you wish to work, As well as the opportunity of flexible working. A FTE salary of between £27000 - £30,000 within a forward thinking organisation. This also has the opportunity to go permanent.
