Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Trusts and Foundations Officer for a specialist charity based in Sheffield.
This is a full time permanent role, offering a hybrid of home and office working.
As the Trusts and Foundations Officer you will look to raise grants from trusts and foundations organisations, whilst being able to write compelling texts when writing bids. You will also support and guide fundraising volunteers, as well as researching and applying to upcoming bid opportunities with new and existing trusts and foundations.
This role will look to bid on opportunities of £5000 or less, whilst maintaining the CRM with all up to date information, as well as producing reports from the database. You will also manage your own portfolio of clients, whilst monitoring the progress of the bids you put in.
The successful person will have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as possessing creative writing skills to when bidding for grants. You will be target driven, and be a strong administrator.
This role would suit someone with similar experience or someone with a passion for working in the charity sector, as training programme will be given.
This is a fantastic opportunity to part of a forward thinking charity. A salary of circa £19k is on offer, as well as on target earnings of £25,000
