I am working on a fantastic opportunity with a major energy company in the search for an experienced Administrator to work within their stock control department.
My client supplies into industrial, commercial and public sectors, offering smart energy solutions. They are a company driving the UK towards net zero with innovative smart grid products and technology.
Following growth within the company they are looking to increase their workforce at their site in Barnsley. Seeking highly driven individuals with strong administration and IT skills to manage inbound and outbound stock.
The role will report to the senior Stock Team leader and work alongside the Warehouse team to manage relevant systems and spreadsheets. Ensuring orders are prioritised accordingly and delegated to the warehouse operation in line with customer demand.
The role will also play a key part in stock checks and maintain stockholding accuracy across several locations.
This role is based on site, in Barnsley, and is full time.
We are interested in hearing from people who have previous experience in an administration role and who are confident in the use of Excel and Outlook. As this is an office based role it is crucial that the individual in this role is able to pick up new IT systems quickly.
Any previous experience in Distribution or Logistics would be highly advantageous.
The successful individual will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working within a team and demonstrates ability to prioritise and delegate workloads.
The role will suit someone who is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and who demonstrates the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload in an efficient manner.
