Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Skills Trainer within a Charity organisation for their services in Camberwell.
This role is working with individuals with lived experience within the justice system.
In this role you will help with identifying and introducing relevant skills training which meets the needs of clients, which is likely to include digital skills and other relevant vocational qualifications. You will also identify, plan and deliver appropriate qualifications to enable clients to develop skills to increase their employability.
You will evaluate all training delivered and make ongoing adjustments, whilst doing so in accordance with the awarding organisation.
You will be comfortable with both group training and on an individual basis also.
This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar position before, or someone with non-conventional learners, as well having experience of planning and delivering a range of accredited and non-accredited training programmes in a non-traditional learning environment.
The successful candidate will be flexible and able to adapt training to meet the needs of all learners, whilst motivating and encouraging learners to make progress, providing constructive feedback.
You will have a recognised teaching qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, Certificate in Education, PGCE or equivalent.
