Service and Repair Scheduler
The company
Brewster Partners are working with a West Yorkshire based Manufacturing business who are looking to add a Service and Repair Scheduler position.
The job
This is a full time, permanent role, based on site in Wakefield
Within this role you will work with a team of 8 engineers, booking in servicing and ad hoc repairs for the business’s clients, ensuring the adheres to SLA’s agreed. As well as this you will:
- Work to daily targets, including jobs attended and engineer productivity
- Schedule in future maintenance work, based on previous work completed
- Recording engineer labour availability, daily, weekly, and monthly; reporting this into senior management
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to discuss day to day operational issues
- Communicating with engineers daily, ensuring they are adequately prepared for the bookings you place them within
The person
This role would suit someone with a coordinating or administration background, as well as possessing:
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Working with backlogs and other case work
- Strong team player
- Proactive nature
The benefits
On offer is a package of £23,000, rising to £24,000 after 6 months. On site parking, as well as excellent career growth opportunities.
