Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for our client based in Dewsbury, who specialise in care for adults with care needs both out in the community.
As the Service Manager you will take responsibility of day to day management of the service and customer case load, whilst ensuring assessments, reviews are adhered to. You will also oversee the management of the care staff, ensuring you lead by example. This role will require you to have a good understanding of CQC legislation and guidelines, as well as embodying the policies of our client.
You will also ensuring the service is running in compliance with regulating authorities, and be confident in implementing changes where you see fit.
This role will require some participation on the on call service also.
The successful person will have experience at a similar level, as well as experience of management. Having management experience in social care wold be a significant advantage. This role will suit someone with a flexible approach to work, and who is willing to go the extra mile.
You will have good experience of working within CQC guidelines, and will possess a driver’s license and have access to a car.
