Registered Service Manager
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee a service for a specialist care charity
This is a part time (21 hours) and a 12 month contract with the view of becoming permanent.
This is a truly unique opportunity, and one which will give you full autonomy with your role, as well as the freedom to work on what you wish to prioritise, with full backing of the organisation.
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee all management of a dedicated, driven and caring staff team, as well as overseeing any other aspects of the service you see fit.
You will also take responsibility for setting and monitoring of budgets of the service. As well as supporting the staff team with any aspects of on-call. This role will also require you to ensure all service users have the best possible experience within the service, ensuring all care and support plans are evaluated, through audits and discussions with your staff team.
This role is Monday – Friday based, with an extensive support network should you need any assistance.
The successful person will hold a NVQ level 5 qualification QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health. You will need to be confident in managing a team also.
It would be advantageous having previously worked within, and have good knowledge of autism.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing a complex care service or possess a good knowledge of this.
