Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager for our national charity client, with head office in Reading.
As the Regional Manager, you will be comfortable with multi-site management. This role will oversee the registered managers in post, ensuring they have the support needed to run their service effectively.
You will assume operational responsibility for the delivery of safe, effective, caring and well-led services which meet the needs of the service users. This role will also require you to constantly monitor quality standards through the use of agreed audit tools and governance outcome measures.
In addition you will also oversee the financial performance, staff engagement and growth of the designated services with the specified region. You will participate in the strategic planning and business development to ensure that the services are sustainable and in line with organisational objectives.
The successful person will hold a relevant qualification in Social Care/Health You will need to evidence previous experience at leadership level, and be confident with CQC legislation.
This role would suit someone who has experience of drafting, reviewing and implementing project plans. As well as someone who has experience of working with internal and external audits.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing complex services and multi-site services, as well as knowledge of acquired brain injuries, whilst being confident in service improvements and service turn around. You will need a drivers license and access to a car due to the nature of the work required.
