Registration and Advice Officer
Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting temporary Registration and Advice Officer’s for a leading Public Sector client. Based in Sheffield city centre.
This is a temporary position until November, in which you will be responsible for the registration of qualified social workers and ensuring that the social work register is up to date and accurate. As well as this you will undertake assessment and processing of applications for registration, renewal and restoration to the specific register.
You will also deal with unsuccessful applicants to advise them on further action on their application, as well as requesting outstanding documents or evidence in support of registration applications. You will also act as the first point of contact for the organisations, as well as ensuring complaints are responded to effectively and efficiently.
You will possess excellent working knowledge of databases and maintain comprehensive records, as well as being adept with Microsoft Office. You will also have the ability to deal discretely and sensitively with confidential and personal information, whilst possessing strong customer service skills.
The successful person will also possess excellent organisation and time management skills.
This role offers a FTE salary of up to £22,400, rising to £23,400 after passing a 6 month probation. This is a temporary role until November, offering above industry benefits, as well as promoting agile working.
