Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting a Recruitment Administrator for a recruitment based organisation.
This is a full time, temp to perm opportunity, and will initially be on a temporary basis for around 4 months, before becoming a permanent member of staff. This role can be done on a purely remote basis.
This role will be underpinning the support of the Operations Manager; sourcing candidate compliance, assisting in setting up interviews, communicating with potential candidates, completing administration as well.
As well as this, you will also look to write adverts and conduct initial screening conversations.
This role will allow for flexible working, and will require occasional travel (around once per month) to a venue in Birmingham.
This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar role previously, and will be a confident in discussing job opportunities with executive level candidates.
You will be a confident administrator and communicator, and be confident with GDPR legislation.
