Personal Wellbeing Coach
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Personal Wellbeing Coach within a Charity organisation for their services in South Wales.
The main purpose of this role is to provide person-centred support to a caseload of individuals who have come through the justice system, and have a history of complex needs or a traumatic past. You will also deliver a range of interventions to individuals which will contribute towards desired outcomes.
You will also form positive working relationships with external agencies including probation, prisons, partners, as well as working towards contractual targets and agreed SLA’s that the external agencies set.
This role will require you to record all activity relating to caseload ensuring all information is recorded within agreed deadlines.
This role will cover a specific geographical area, but you will be responsible for managing your own diary, and will be able to choose how you prioritise your workload.
This role will suit someone with experience of working with adults in the criminal justice system. You will also be confident in engaging with challenging people who have complex needs or a traumatic past, whilst offering remaining focused on action plan goals with the individual.
You will also possess the ability to assess clients’ needs and provide tailored, client-led support through action planning and interventions involving advice, guidance, advocacy, and coaching.
