Project Support Assistant
Brewster Partners Charity & Not-for-Profit are currently recruiting for a Support Assistant for our client based in Sheffield. This is a full time, contract role for twelve months, with the opportunity of being extended after.
This is a full time contract position for 12 months.
This role will require you to provide administrative support to staff within the charity ensuring the programmes run smoothly at all times. You will also collate and produce monthly reports and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
You will also produce annual statistics regarding the activities of the charity, as well as conducting administrative duties, including diary management, typing, and filing of correspondence and writing minutes of meeting notes.
As well as this, you will co-ordinate the development and preparation of marketing and promotional plans or materials, as appropriate to the program.
The ideal person will have experience of a similar position previously, as well as being confident within a project or clerical setting. You will be confident in all aspects of Microsoft Office, as well as being confident in communicating throughout an organisation.
You will be confident in working towards deadlines, and have the ability to adapt to new challenges. It would be advantageous to have an NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or similar.
A FTE salary of between £19,000 - £21,000 as well as above industry standard benefits.
