Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting a Project Administrator for a role in Sheffield.
This will be a temporary home based role, for around four months.
You will support with project delivery, as well as assisting on several projects across the business, creating agendas for portfolio meetings, maintaining action and decision logs as well as writing meeting minutes.
You will also underpin the developing processes for project management, whilst setting up and organising project specific meetings. You will also produce a series of reports to document the progress of the projects, to then discuss this at project specific meetings also.
This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar capacity, as well as possessing a strong project and administrator focus. Experience of project management software would be advantageous.
You will be adept at working at a fast pace, and will be able to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
This is a fantastic temporary opportunity to part of a very modern charity. A FTE salary is on offer of £25000, as well as all equipment being provided in order to work remotely.
