Product Development Manager
Brewster Partners Charity & Not-for-Profit are currently recruiting for a Product Development Manager for our client based in Sheffield.
This is a part time (22.5 hours), permanent role, and will be based in Sheffield.
This role will require you to provide, implement and deliver new fundraising products to grow and sustain the charities individual giving. You will also implement annual plans and budgets to raise income for our client’s lottery, whilst also promoting this lottery to maximise income and create revenue growth.
You will also manage all third party supplier relationships, for all individual giving related suppliers in an account management capacity, as well as ensuring all gambling activities are compliant with legal and gambling commission requirements. As well as this you will manage all associated contract negotiation, appointments and terminations and dealing with any variance and compliance issues.
This role would suit someone in a similar position previously, or someone who has experience within direct marketing, or has worked within a lottery setting. You will also have experience in managing and delivering sales and promotion activity, as well as having experience in managing budgets.
You will feel comfortable in managing the project of promotion activity, whilst having experience of achieving financial targets, and experience in managing budgets. Having experience in the charity/fundraising sector would be beneficial but not essential.
A FTE salary of up to £28,000 (£16,800) as well as above industry standard benefits.
