Payroll Team Leader
Brewster Partners Charity & Not-for-Profit are currently recruiting for a Payroll Transaction Team Leader, based within Sheffield.
This will be a full time, permanent position, based in Sheffield, offering hybrid working
Our client is looking for Payroll Transaction Team Leader to manage a team of payroll/admin staff to work on the delivery of the Payroll Service including planning, service delivery and development, performance management and financial management.
The client does one payroll per month, for circa 1700 staff members, as well as working with the financial reporting team to ensure that all payroll control accounts are reconciled, and any errors or adjustments are made accordingly.
You will also manage the team, conducting 1-1’s and appraisals, whilst producing the reports needed for senior management.
This role is suited to someone who has good payroll experience, and can adopt a hands on approach. You will have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PAYE legislation.
This role would suit someone who is in a similar position currently, or a payroll professional, who is looking to make a step up.
You will possess a drivers license on for the occasional travel required.
Our client offers a fantastic package, and is paying a salary of between £26,000 - £29,000.
