The company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager within a non profit organisation in Sheffield.

The job

This is a part time, permanent role, based in Rotherham, working 30 hours per week.

The charity can be flexible to which days someone would like to work within this position.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing the client’s marketing initiatives, whilst using marketing research and analysis to direct strategy and planning. You will also ensure of production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, whilst line managing the Communications Officer.

You will look to build relationships with community groups, local journalists and individuals. As well as feeding into the income generation plan, as well as leading on all internal and external communications, including with volunteers and fundraisers. You will also lead on all internal and external communications.

The person

This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar capacity before, and someone who has good all round marketing experience, as well as being confident in delivering marketing strategy, as well as having a good understanding of communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing social media platforms as well as direct and digital marketing.
