The company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Manager for our client based in Bury who are a specialist charity.

The job

This is role is permanent, full time position, based on site.

Within this role you will Lead on all marketing and communication, whilst having management of branding projects, the look and feel at the on the main premises, as well as the retail outlets.

As well as this you will:

  • Manage the charities social media channels, ensuring you look to grow specific audiences
  • Manage the website, its content, as well as ensuring it matches the values of the charity
  • Maximising data capture and ensuring sustained database growth
  • Work closely with the Fundraising Manager to support marketing requirements for campaigns, events and initiatives.
  • Managing incoming media enquiries
  • Work closely with event owners to maximise PR opportunities

The person

This role would suit someone who has experience within a similar role, and has a strong appreciation of working within a charity. As well as:

  • Strong social media, and marketing management experience
  • An understanding of fundraising databases
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and utilise data
  • Experience of targeting specific audiences through data analysis
  • Possessing a strong commercial mindset
