Learning and Development Trainer
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for Learning and Development Trainer for our client based in the Burgess Hill and surrounding areas, this role is a full time, permanent role.
As the Learning and Development Trainer you will develop and deliver training to all staff within the south of England. You will work closely with the Learning and Organisational Development Manager as well as the Learning and Development Business Partner to deliver organisational requirements for mandatory training.
As well as this you will design, deliver and evaluate a rolling programme of L&D training.
This role will require you to travel across the Burgess Hill, Sussex, Milton Keynes and Horsham.
The successful person will hold one of the following qualifications or equivalent PTLLS, Cert in Education CIPD. As well as this, you will have experience on a similar role previously, whilst being able to work to the full training cycle - designing, delivering and evaluating training.
The ideal candidate will be able to evidence working with different levels of ability throughout an organisation. You will be a self starter, and have the ability to work independently and as a team.
