The company

Brewster Partners charity and not for profit are currently recruiting Sales Ledger Manager for a charity based in Knottingley.

The job

This is a full time, permanent position.

This role will sit within the finance Team with specific responsibility for all aspects of recording and invoicing income, as well as being involved with credit control. As well as this you will:

  • Overseeing the allocation of payments against the relevant invoices
  • lead and manage a highly efficient, effective and high performing sales ledger team.
  • Oversee the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are produced and issued within correct timescales.
  • Assume responsibility for the credit control function, as well as monitoring debt
  • Monthly reconciliation of income for production of the management accounts
  • Responsible for cash allocation to customer accounts

The person

Someone with experience within a similar position previously, or possessing strong Sales Ledger experience. You will be comfortable in managing a small team of three people, as well as being confident in working at pace.

It would be beneficial to have an understanding of charity finance procedures.
