Accounts Analysis Clerk

Brewster Partners are currently working with a leading manufacturing business based in Doncaster to recruit for a Finance Analysis Clerk. The role is a fresh opportunity within a development rich environment with plenty of further progression opportunities.
The job
The role will act as a critical post within the business, providing support to multiple teams and adopting an approach of helping wherever it may be needed.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing of stock and non-stock purchase invoices
- Regular maintenance of master files
- Internal and external KPI based reporting
- Collation and analysis of stock data for multiple sites
- Allocation of supplier payments & reconciliations
- Perform regular stock analysis, with the aim to understand any trends and changes
- Various ad-hoc duties, including absence cover and supporting the operations team
The person
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comprehensive IT skills, including an advanced knowledge of Excel is essential
- Previous experience in SAGE 200 is also desirable
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, adhering to deadlines and providing updates to stakeholders
