Finance Administrator - Temporary
The company
Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a temporary basis. The role is a customer facing position, working with other areas of the Finance team as well as Operations to ensure the best representation of the business. This role is based in the Worksop area.
The job
This role will be working within a fast-paced environment, focusing heavily on invoicing and all related aspects. Attention to detail and the ability to handle a strong workload is key.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Producing sales invoices for customer accounts and handling any queries
- Using Sage to maintain relevant customer details
- Collaborate with the Operations department to resolve any invoice related queries
- Use relevant communication channels to communicate with customers (email, phone)
- Provide general support to the processes and workflow of the Finance team
- Build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Other Ad Hoc duties
The person
- Previous experience in Finance is essential to this position
- Strong attention to detail
- Good team working skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience with Sage200 is also essential
