Finance Administrator
The company
Brewster Partners are currently working with a well-established business in the manufacturing sector who are looking to add a finance administrator to their team based in the Sheffield area. The role encompasses many different areas within the wider finance department, from managing various ledgers to processing inbox and customer related queries. You will be part of a wider team who always have the needs of the customer at the forefront of everything they do.
The job
Your role as a finance administrator requires various functions to be completed within the finance department, mainly dealing with the purchase ledger and quotations. A good working knowledge of excel will be a key skill within the position.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Invoice reporting
- Dealing with bank reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Managing relevant accounts inboxes
- Dealing with supplier statements
- Preparing quotations, including answering related queries
- Taking responsibility of customer needs through a focused approach
The person
The Ideal candidate will be an organised individual, with an interest in finance and a desire to put skills to good use. A good level of numeracy as well as IT skills will be essential to success in the position.
