HR Business Partner
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner for 12 months, for our client based in Sheffield.
This is a full time contract for 12 months. This role offers hybrid working also.
As the HR Business Partner, you will have management of the People Experience team ensuring provision of an excellent advisory service for managers and employees; including contract reviews, performance management, absence, disciplinaries and grievance issues. As well as this you will work closely with the wellbeing team, ensuring objectives align with that of the HR team.
You will look to build good relationships with trade unions, and ensure of best practise throughout the HR team; reviewing policies and procedures, ensuring they are suitable for the organisation.
This role would suit someone who has experience at a similar level, and is confident in working with complex ER cases. As well as this you will have experience of working with trade unions. You will be an excellent multi tasker and be confident in communicating throughout an entire organisation.
You will be confident in reviewing policies and procedures, as well as employee wellbeing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a non-profit organisation. A salary of between £35,000 – £36,500 is on offer with hybrid working, along with many other benefits. This role may be extended past the 12 months.
