The company

Brewster Partners are working with a West Yorkshire based Manufacturing business who are looking to add an Installation Administrator.

The job

This is a full time, permanent role, based on site in Wakefield

Within this role you will look to manage order processing and scheduling of installation related work, as well as:

  • Managing the order book, ensuring each order is scheduled and completed to the relevant standard
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Communicate, and delegate tasks to installation engineers, achieving maximum productivity
  • Proactively highlight issues to the installation manager
  • Writing notes for the wider team, ensuring of efficient communication for those communicating directly with the clients

The person

This role would suit someone with a similar background or within an administration background, as well as possessing: 

  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow timelines of call history quickly and extract information to relay to the front line teams
  • Strong team player
  • Proactive nature
