The company

This is a permanent position, offering hybrid working, and is open to being both full, or part time.

The main purposes of this role will be to build on an established programme of individual giving, in particular with fundraising appeals and activities, with a strong focus on digital and traditional channels, including direct mail and social media.

As well as this you will work in executing an effective strategy to recruit and retain new regular givers, whilst also establishing systems to monitor results of the direct marketing fundraising activity to input into future strategy, in addition to gathering feedback from supporters; ensuring their voices are heard.

The job

The person

The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar position previously, as well as having an understanding of fundraising direct marketing campaigns and marketing principals. You will be comfortable with forming effective working relationships with suppliers for materials needed for your campaigns.

You will have a good track record of fundraising, whilst possessing at least a strong understanding of individual giving. You will feel confident in working with project deadlines, ensuring you manage this effectively.

The benefits

A salary of between £28,000 - £30000 as well as opportunities of true flexible working. The holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum, gradually increasing to 30 days. As well as private healthcare, and enrolment into the clients own pension scheme.
